Landrey's POV
I felt fuzzy, kind of like I was walking that fine line like when you've been drinking, and you're really drunk and just drunk. My entire body ached but my ribs and hand were the worst, but it still wasn't horrible. I didn't want to open my eyes and see that I was alone. I don't know why, but I thought Reign would be here. I knew they would call him, but he wasn't talking to me before I left and so why would he come now? I felt one tear fall and I let out a sob thinking about him.
"Landrey, are you awake?" I heard him ask, and I've never opened my eyes so fast. There he was. He came. I started crying harder seeing him.
"What's wrong? Are you in pain?" he asked and all I could do was shake my head.
"I can't tell you how happy I am to see you awake," he said.
