I stood in Reign's bedroom and I knew that I was making the biggest mistake of my life, but today showed me so many different things. The first was the fact that Reign didn't love me like I thought. I know that I'm a hard person to love and I had my secrets and I was ready to tell him those, but then Ethan showed up and he confirmed my worst fears. After the way he treated me today, I knew that he was working for my stepbrother or being blackmailed by him. I wasn’t sure which one it was, but I knew that they were going to come for me and there was nothing that anyone could do, and so I was going to leave to protect them. It was better this way.
