Katelyn’s POV
I sat in the car, utterly perplexed. Ryan was acting... strange. Normally, he'd drop me off in the middle of the road just to annoy me. But today, he kept to his words, driving toward the school direction like a regular human being.
I couldn't help but wonder what had come over him. Why was he so chatty, and why was he acting...nice? It was disconcerting, to say the least. Ryan and 'nice' were words I never thought I'd use in the same sentence. I couldn't trust this change of demeanor.
As the car continued down the road, I couldn't shake my anger over the prank he'd pulled on me earlier in the day, he was finally talking to me, one thing he disliked, but today I wasn’t in the mood for a sibling bond, he is the most annoying Jerk I have ever witnessed in my entire life.
