Amidst all the chaos, I totally forgot to inform Azlynn’s family about this sudden tragedy. Daleyza and Hayley must be worried sick about her. In a trice, I left a message for Daleyza and instructed Beta Alvaro to explain the whole situation on my behalf. Staying by Azlynn’s side was my top priority.
Then I called the doctors as she opened her eyes with grave difficulty, surprising the medical staff once again. They were clearly in disbelief to see her awake so soon.
