“You are cursed! You are cursed, Darius! You’ll never know your mate! You’ll never see your mate!” His voice kept echoing inside my study, the whispers erupting and haunting me.
I couldn’t stop it. I kept looking around the study to see if I could spot anyone, anything, any enchantment, but nothing was in my study. It was empty.
