"Welcome to fun land!" He shouted over the music to me. I shook my head, rolling my eyes.
"How did I let you talk me into this?" He shrugged his shoulders before leaning down towards me. "Maybe my power of persuasion has something to do with it."
I raised an eyebrow at him and playfully shoved him away. "Only in your head Mont."
He took his hands out of his pockets and then held one of them out to me. I looked down at his hand for a moment, then up at him.
"Mont, can you even dance?" I said almost laughing. He frowned at me.
"I wouldn't be asking you to dance if I couldn't. I don't make a habit of embarrassing myself.'' He reached out to me and grabbed my hand, pulling me into the sea of people.
