“Who the hell does he think he is?!” Veronica fumed, slamming shut the suitcase with more force than necessary.
‘Maybe you should just calm down,’ Simon carefully said.
“No, I know what you’re thinking… Veronica is overreacting again, but I’m NOT!” she snapped, throwing a lamp across the room.
It shattered against the wall, flying around the room. Just at that moment, Amber shimmered in the room.
