SERENA'S POV
You already know who it is.
“Alpha…I….I was only trying to…” He held his hand up, stopping her from completing her words. She gulped hard, her eyes were clouded with tears.
“What are you doing here?” He asked again. I wasn't thinking properly at the moment, in fact, I don't think I was thinking at all.
My thoughts kept drifting apart so I couldn't really tell what was happening until I felt a light tap on my shoulder.
“Don't make me repeat myself. What are you doing here when I didn't let you out?” He asked and I suddenly jolted back to life.
Every pair of eyes in the room was on me…and him.
I ran my eyes across the room and the maids were all staring more at me than him. I could sense the awe and fear in their eyes. Of course, there had to be fear.
