Birdie's POV I missed Luke. It had only been one night, but when I woke up the next morning, I wanted to be back in his arms. Luke was a vulnerable guy. I could tell he wasn’t happy with his life anymore. I wanted to tell him that everything’s gonna be okay, and that he shouldn’t have to worry so much about falling out of love with his wife. Because that’s exactly what was happening. It was different with him than with Dad and Theo. They didn’t have a wife they loved for years. Luke did.
