Cashmerre's Pov ,

"Scooby chill out." I said rolling my eyes. It was hot as hell in this classroom and he kept touching me and s**t.

"Damn Cash its like we aint even best friends anymore. " He said with a sigh. I looked over at him trying to see if he was joking but he was serious.

"Aww bae bae." I said getting up and pulling him into a hug. "Im sorry bff after this s**t blow over we can hang like old times. "

"Nah I dont need you anymore, Me and Morgan is a thing now."

"Stop playing. " I said trynna act surprised. I did a happy dance in my head thinking about the money Shawn had to pay me. We made a bet to see how long it would take for them to get together , I said a week and he said after break and i won.

"Yup , you woulda never guessed huh?"

"Nope I wasn't expecting that at all." I said with a smirk.

The bell rung and I grabbed my bag as we piled out the class.

"Make sure you and lexii nem come to the trap after school." Scooby said before heading to the cafeteria while i headed to the library. Lloyd better had brought my taco bell , me and him been getting really close he's a cool dude and he's fine as f**k. He's been getting my mind off varo so thats good.

I gave the librarian a head nod before going to the back putting my backpack on our usual table. My phone vibrated and i looked at the message from Lloyd.

11:03a.m- Lloyd: Omw had to stop to get your food fat ass

11:04a.m: Thanks pookie

I laughed and pulled my chemistry book out as I heard somebody clear their throat. I looked up and saw Chanelle.

"What do you want." I said trynna be nice but secretly I wanted to get up and kick her in her face.

"Oh nothing, just wanted to see how you was doing." She said looking at her nails.

"Im fine now move the f**k on before I loose my patience your not pregnant anymore hoe." I said with a innocent smile.

"You know cash i think your jealous , Varos mine and we got a baby together and your just miserable." She said with a smirk.

"Actually that baby isn't varos and I'm pretty sure your hoe ass doesn't know who the father is , Varo only deals with your retarded ass because he feels bad for the baby and trust if I wanted Varo I could easily take him from you so you can at least say thank you." I said with a chuckle. Her eyes got big as I smirked. She rolled her eyes and walked away bumping Lloyd in the process.

"What you do to that girl." He said with a laugh as he sat my food on the table.

"She came over here talking s**t and i put her in her place." I said with a shrug pulling out my 5 layer burrito.

He shook his head and sighed.

"Cant stand that hoe."

"Me either she make my ass itch." I busted out laughing at his retarded ass. "Im serious she aggy as fuck."

"You stupid." He shrugged and looked around the library.

"I need some advice. " I rose an eyebrow and closed my chemistry book.

"Wassup?"

"So me and my Pops was talking and he said he wanted me to take over his cleaning business after I graduate. I told him I wanted to go to college so I wouldn't have time for that , then he started saying how black people and the government dont mix college included and he said the only way to make it as a black person is to build something of your own. I dont wanna take over no f*****g cleaning business I wanna do something bigger then that s**t and then again I dont wanna let my pops down because he's the only person I have left." He said biting down on his lip and starring in space.

I chewed my food as I thought of something to say , that was a hard choice to make and i didn't want to tell him what he should do but again he was my friend and I wanted to help him.

"If it was me I would probably go with the cleaning business because I think college is a waste but you considering how much you wanna go to college and be something you should go with the college route but your father might be mad about it but its your life so you should do what you think is best for you." He sighed and ran his hands through his dreads. "Dont make a decision yet , graduation is far away so you still have time to make a choice." He nodded and bit his lip.

"Thanks Ma , I needed a second opinion because this s**t been having me stressed."

"Any time." I said with a smile as i threw my trash away.

"What yoy doing later?" I sighed and rolled my eyes just thinking about it.

"Dealing with dumb shit."

"You must be dumb too to be dealing with it."

"Whatever. "

"Nah I'm serious, that s**t can get you killed and I don't see why you participate in it."

"I dont have a choice , I didn't choose this s**t Lloyd."

"Thats an excuse , I grew up with drug addicts and gang bangers and not once did I ever get into that s**t , My moms had niggas running in and out of the house bad influences everywhere and all i did was stick my head in a book instead of running around slanging drugs and shooting people." He said shaking his head. I grew irritated.

"Whatever Lloyd we two different people so I don't need you judging me."

"Girl nobody judging you , I'm just letting you know , only thing that life brings is death and life in prison and I'm smart enough to know that clearly your not." I sighed and grabbed my backpack. I was done talking to him even though he was right. I didn't want this life and after Diablo is gone I'm letting this s**t go and moving on with my life.

I sat in varos meeting room with a bored look on my face. We've been sitting here for a hour and varo still haven't came. After arguing with scooby and shawn about whose better Lakers or Heat I grew bored , now i was ready to say f**k it and take my ass home.

"Scooby stop." Morgan giggled as scooby kissed her neck. I rolled my eyes and slouched in my seat as the door opened.

"My bad, Chanelle was tripping again." Varo said walking to his seat. I rolled my eyes and mugged him. Nobody has time for you and your two dollar hoe.

"You need to throw that b***h out." Shawn said smoking a blunt. Varo glared at him as he shrugged.

"Can yall tell me why I'm here." Tracy said looking at her nails.

"Okay , tonight we're going to finally get this Sydney girl , imma have cash meet up with her since she know her and all but imma have scooby with her just in case." I rolled my eyes and sat up " We gone have security surrounding the place just in case she have guards and s**t. I dont want her dead so nobody kill her."

"What does this have to do with Me , lexii and morgan?" Tracy asked.

"Well s**t is getting grimy and i want us all together, everybody got a hit on their head even Morgan." Morgan gasped and Scooby rubbed her back.

"Okay imma keep my eye on Lexii , Tracy and Morgan. While yall take care of that s**t, I found Rozay so I think I deserve a break." Shawn said blowing out smoke.

"Thats fine." Varo said with a shrug. "After we handle Taylor that leaves us with 3 days until Diablo gets here and I think he's on to what we're doing so dont be surprised if he gets here earlier. I want Cash to be watched 24/7 because thats who he really wants."

"I can handle my own." I said rolling my eyes again. Varo sighed and licked his bottom lip.

"Cashmerre nobody has time for your petty s**t, you know damn well you couldn't defend yourself if Diablo ran in on yo ass he's never alone he can easily take you."

"Yeah whatever." I said texting Lloyd back.

"Why ain't you taking this s**t seriously?" He said with a chuckle. Everybody got quiet and looked at us as I glared at him.

"I am taking this serious , I know whats up I'm not dumb like your thirsty bitch." I said followed by Scooby and Morgans childish instigating.

"Cash clearly your jealous over her and you shouldn't be because I dont care about her and at the moment I dont care about how you feel either you like it or not there will be people watching you , at least I care enough about yo bitchy ass."

"I dont need you to care about me you sick bastard. I hate you and I dont need you or your b***h ass Bodyguards." I turned to Shawn " Shawn can you stay with me and tracy until this blows over." He nodded and I smiled and turned to varo.

"I should be the least of your worries, worry about you and your baby." I said crossing my arms and smirking, yeah i was giving varo a hard time but he deserved it.

"Ok were gonna head out at 11:00 so dont be late, I gotta go , I got s**t to handle." Varo said standing up and giving me a mug before walking out the door.

I rolled my eyes and sat back down wishing this s**t was over.

Taylor/Sydney 's pov ,

"Hey pops." I said into the phone as I sat in the motel.

"How are things down there?"

"Umm not good they're on to us pop and I'm scared their gonna kill me or something." I said biting my lip. Only reason i agreed to do this for my father is so i can pay for college but after a couple months I started getting addicted to it.

Red gang was nothing to f**k with but my father told me diablo was higher then them so working for him would give me more of a chance of staying alive. Last month my big brother got shot and killed by somebody that supposedly been apart of red gang and I wanted revenge by taking over their empire and letting diablo kill them one at a time , starting with Alvaro.

"Relax sweetie, Diablo told me he has guys watching their every step so we can stay a step ahead , tonight dont expect Rozay."

"Why not? Did they get Rozay?"

"Yeah , but thats not the point , their plan is to set you up so instead of being a coward and not showing up , go and set them up instead."

"How am I going to do that?" I said growing nervous.

"Thats for you to figure out , I gotta go honey see you soon." He said before hanging up leaving me confused.

I threw my phone to the side and pulled my legs up to my chest and thought. Maybe if I got all my security to come but no they probably will be expecting that. I wonder how many people their bringing. I sighed and rubbed my temple growing a headache. Diablo would be here soon so I need to stay alive until then and going tonight is only a death wish...

Varos pov ,

I slid out of chanelle and pulled up my pants fixing myself. She gave me a smirk knowing she had won again. After a heated argument about cash to make her shut up I gave her what she wanted , now i regret it because I know this was gone make it seem like I still have feelings for her which I dont.

She hopped off the counter and pulled up her shorts. I licked my bottom lip shaking my head , I dont know whats wrong with me , it's like I have a addiction for this girl but I dont want her , I want Cash but things is just f****d up and to relieve stress I f**k Chanelle and regret it afterwards knowing its a matter of time before it happens again.

"That was great." She said wrapping her arms around my waist and kissing my chin. I unwrapped her arms and walked out the kitchen with her following me.

"Varo whats wrong? Did I do something? " I rolled my eyes and grabbed my keys walking out the house and shutting the door behind me.

We had 3 hours until we had to meet Taylor and I wanted to see my moms. I got in my car and opened my glove compartment pulling out a black and mild. I remember when I first met Chanelle , shawty was all that and she wasn't as big as a hoe as she is now , after just being friends I finally cuffed her and things went south from there. She started being clingy and jealous when in reality she was the one cheating. I found out she was f*****g my Bro from way back and I broke it off with her , we f****d from time to time but I never got back with her but in her head we never broke up.

I pulled up to my moms house seeing her car in the driveway. I hoped out the car and walked up the short driveway. I could hear voices as I knocked on the door.

"Well I'd be dammned look who we have here." Moms said opening the door with a mug. I havent seen her since the day she got on to me about missing school , so I guess she was mad about that.

" Hey beautiful." I said giving her a big smile. She rolled her eyes and let me in.

"Im glad you showed up because i was just bout to call you."

"Why?" I said walking in the kitchen. My heart stopped as i stared at the man in front of me.

"Pop?"
