Chapter 2 - Right here, Remember?

(How long has it been since we started going to these festivals together?
I remember the days when we were still a child, accompanied by our parents
We play and joke at whatever we see acting silly and immature, but those days are fun to remember yet kind of embarrassing too
Remembering something makes us think that time flies quickly, huh.
Even these stairs have changed their color,
Through the passage of time, It has witnessed our growth.
In this stair where we used to play pretending that it's a slide.
No matter how much time has passed, it feels like we still act the same to each other
So, I'm glad she's still by my side)
Chapter 2 : Remember?
Brushing his hands on the rusted metal,
The paints are chipped and cold to the touch.
Suda looked at Sophie while holding a piece of paint he plucked
"Sophie, look food."
"Huh weird, that's dirty Suda are you a kid??"
"Hehe Here"
Suda forcefully put it in Sophie's hand
*Sophie doesn't like to get dirty so she immediately looked up for a sanitizer but she couldn't find it.
*Matsuda ran up a little far from Sophie and then wiggled the sanitizer on his hands.
"Ugh Suda!!"
Sophie got mad causing her to chase Matsuda up the hill.
"Suda!!!"
"Hahaha, Sorry Sophie!"
"Stop Running Suda!!"
After running
Matsuda has reached the entrance
While Sophie is at his back panting
"Soph, here"
"Ha! Jeez let me rest, you dummy Suda."
"We're here Sophie."
"It's lively as usual." he said
Sophie wants to get mad but instead, she gets curious about why Matsuda suddenly became serious.
And then, Suda looked at her.
"Let's Go?" He said with a faint smile
Sophie looked at him and took a moment to say a word
But then her face turned red
"Sophie?"
Sophie looks lost in thought
So, he called her name
"Hey, Are you alright?"
He touched her shoulder and it made Sophie ~~~Gaaa!!~~~
"Sophie???"
"Ha, Oh Suda. Uhm I... Sorry"
"Huh? is something wrong?"
"Uh no, no, no, i'm fine." She said while covering her face
"Hmm Okay then, should we go or do you want to rest first?"
*Sophie got lost in thoughts because he remembered Matsuda in the past and she got flustered.
*What's this feeling i'm feeling ha! '-'

(The first festival they went together)
Mama, hurry upp
Hai, i'm almost there
Are we really going with someone else?? Can't we just go together just us mama??
Sophie, we already talked about it, right?
right... but what if he's a bad kid.
Oh Soph, I promise you'll have fun, he is a good kid.
But, I don't want to have friends...
Soph, just try it, i'm here so nothing bad will happen. So, get along with him Okay?

Well then, let's go Sophie!
When Mom finished we rode a vehicle till we reach the foot of the mountain, and there we saw her friend and her son which was introduced to me.
Hi Sophie, you're so big now, and you look so cute
Uh thank you
They greeted them while sophie hides in her mother's back
A boy is at his front, staring at her as she takes a peek
Oh Sophie this is Matsuda, introduce yourself
Hi, I'm Matsuda Takahashi.
Haha Matsuda acts like an adult, doesn't he?
Sophie, go introduce yourself
Uh, I'm sophie... Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you too, Sophie.
Hey Mom, can we go ahead?
Oh is that fine?
Sophie wanna go ahead?
Uhmmm... Okay
The two went ahead while their parents walked at their back
Hey Sophie, what do you like?
Uh, I like... Uhm wait... what do you mean?
Oh, I mean your hobbies.
uhm, i like to...
(But Sophie can't say her hobby because she doesn't have time to have one to focus on her studies)
I don't know
Hmm I see, well it's fine if you don't want to tell me.
I hope you'll find a hobby that you'll like, Sophie.
uh, right...
He looked at her but Sophie felt like he was mocking her because of his facial expression.
He noticed that Sophie felt hurt so he fastened his pace to think and avoid causing more trouble
Sophie slowed down and went back to her Mother.
They spent the festival not socializing with each other
Until the fireworks display where Matsuda saw Sophie heading at the front to see the Fireworks better
He approached her and said hi, and it surprised Sophie.
They exchanged some words and then
When the largest fireworks was shown
Sophie got extremely happy with her eyes sparkling from joy
Matsuda, unknowingly looking at her, seeing her expression makes him feel something he can't recognize, he got flustered
"Uhh, is something wrong?" Sophie whispered
"Oh nothing, it's nothing." Matsuda replied
"Hmm okay."
And then Sophie went back to there parents
The festival ended,
And when they got home Matsuda couldn't keep her out of his mind and later on, when his mind got clear.
He found a goal to accomplish.
(To be friends with the girl he met at a festival.)
