Heath’s POV The sun felt… unfamiliar. Warm. Gentle. Almost wrong against my skin after days of cold rooms, machines, and the constant smell of antiseptic and fear. But Posy needed it. Fresh air. The natural light. Life. So I brought her outside. I sat on the wooden bench just beyond the hospital doors, adjusting the blanket carefully around her tiny body.
