“Mija!” Ines scolded her in a soft tone as she pulled Alli into a hug.
She spoke against her ear as Alli calmed herself. “You have been through hell, but I can sense your strength and I don’t believe that for a minute. Eli is a kind man, it’s easy to see why the moon goddess gave him to you.”
