Chapter Twenty One

“Please Reyna… wake up… for me. For your other half…?”

Someone was calling me … 

"Please wake up and know who you are Reyna... please."

Vividly warning me on what I must do… 

“I HAVE TO GO! REYNA KNOWS!”

“Tell the King that we will aid him in the fight, as soon as possible…”

“I promise you Joshua… you will get what’s coming to you. And you will get it when you least expect it…”

“If you ever take away mi amor, I will kill you with my own hands. Mother to her or not.”

Voices filing up my head as I could hear everything… I could hear everything, but who were the words coming from?

As the massive balls of gas hid behind the bright lights of the sky blue clear skies, the stars that couldn’t be seen from the daylight began to shine bright as the Goddess of Stars looked down at her superior. 

The Goddess of Stars looked down at Reyna in awe as she could feel that Reyna’s brain was slowly waking itself up from the conscious state that it was in. Being away from the world for a few weeks scared the Goddess of Stars as she thought that maybe Reyna died from traveling between the two worlds, but here Reyna was now trying to wake herself up. 

Reyna could feel her body trying to wake itself up as a forceful gust of powerful energy suddenly rushed into her body that didn’t gain consciousness. 

Not fully knowing the changes that it went through, Reyna’s little body could feel that it has changed drastically as her scalp showed black marks from burning itself as the chemicals deep within her roots showed itself and her bones cracked themselves down as they broke down their calcium and rebuilt themselves. 

With her fingers twitching by themselves from her nerves flaring off trying to understand their new pathways, Reyna’s body was now completely unrecognizable from the Reyna that everyone once saw. Reyna was now a beautiful woman that had no ounce of flaws or faults as her body demanded her unworthy of having flaws. Her body turned her into the most perfect human being. 

Even though Reyna’s body went under development, Reyna wasn’t awake to understand what her body went through. Not being awake to understand her transformation, this was yet another thing that she didn’t know about herself as she still laid on the bed lifeless…. Until she heard the voice of her love. 

                            Lovech Kingdom

“Reyna…”

Feeling her body try to pull itself out of it’s REM sleep where it kept her dreaming for 90 minutes every 4 hours… Reyna started to feel some of her consciousness coming to her in pieces. She wasn’t sure of what she was doing or where she was at now, but she was now able to hear her surroundings and slowly start to feel her body.

“Reyna… please baby girl. Please wake up.” 

Dragnior? Reyna asked herself as she tried to pull herself awake some more. 

Throughout her time of being gone from the human realm, Reyna has learned so many things about Dragnior. How he is a dragon and so is Zahn, how he had to kill his siblings as a kid and grew up to be a monster… Reyna couldn’t help but feel within all of those confusing emotions, love. 

Reyna actually really missed Dragnior. 

As Dragnior looked at the sleeping Reyna who was squinting her eyes seeming like she was trying to wake up but was having problems, Dragnior decided to give her body a boost as Dragnior extended his left pinky nail.

Using his dragon nail, Dragnior pushed it into Reyna’s arm lightly as Reyna’s whole body flinched up. 

“OWW!” Reyna yelled as her whole body flipped upwards 

Immediately glaring over to Dragnior, Reyna felt angry at him as she didn’t expect him to hurt her, but she was glad that he helped her wake up because now she could see the face of the man she loved. 

All of that time away from Dragnior felt like forever, Reyna thought to herself as she looked closer at Dragnior. 

Dragnior couldn’t help help but look at his white haired beauty that didn’t even notice her long hair turned white. Reyna’s glare was dangerously sexy as her body showed an aspect to it that it never seemed to unlock, until now. Reyna’s deep featured face showed definition as her eyes… Dragnior eyes widened. 

It must’ve happened while Reyna was changing into a different person… but now Reyna’s eyes were different too. Her grey eyes that could look you in your soul now turned a settled light shade of gold mixed in with grey. 

The grey-golden eyes, while looking into Dragnior’s eyes, made him feel like Reyna was going to rip him apart. Rip him to shreds if he ever thought about coming closer, ripping him into oblivion. 

Reyna was ignorant to the fact of Dragnior’s sudden change in emotion as she only saw his beautiful figure of a person. 

“H-How long have you been here?” Reyna asked, trying to distract herself from her thoughts. 

Dragnior gave a slight cough before nodding his head. 

“I’ve been by your side for a few days now. You returned from the dragon realm a while ago and I immediately brought you to our room.” Dragnior said 

Reyna flushed with an emotion of embarrassment as she moved her eyes to look around the room. Dragnior was right, Reyna was back home. Reyna couldn’t remember being brought back here or even leaving the dragon realm, but she was happy to finally be beside Dragnior once again. 

Still feeling a bit out of it, Reyna placed her right hand on her forehead to feel her temperature and of course, like always, her body was burning up. 

Dragnior watched Reyna’s actions with a smile, he got his girl back. 

Reyna frowned at her hot body as she looked at Dragnior once more. She was so happy to be in front of him and she was about to speak out her happiness, until a voice came into her head… 

King Aaron of the Red Crest Kingdom knows that my kingdom has dragons...

Reyna's eyes shot open wider and she remembered what she was supposed to do. Queen Irma gave her the information so that Reyna could stop Aaron from destroying the Kingdom that she had come to love. 

Reyna knew that she had to tell Dragnior everything, because in order to receive the help to achieve something, you need to be honestly truthful. 

“Dragnior! We need to set up a meeting immediately.” Reyna yelled 

Dragnior looked confused at Reyna as Reyna kept talking and didn’t give him no time to ask why. 

“Aaron knows that we have dragons, Drey. We need to set up a meeting because Aaron already has the upper hand!” 

“Whoa whoa whoa! Wait a second now,” Dragnior started speaking “You just got back from the dragon realm. You might be suffering from brain lag or something.” 

“I’m not suffering from anything. Irma told me that Commander Lucas has been sending information to Aaron about us and our dragons. And I know Aaron all too well. He will not let go of anything until he finds our dragons.” 

Dragnior looked closely at Reyna in question. 

Did Reyna realize that she just gave Dragnior a nickname and that she keeps saying that “WE” need to save “OUR” dragons? Does she even understand what she’s saying, Dragnior thought before his brain went to a different issue that suddenly popped into his mind..

“YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVE DRAGONS?!” Dragnior basically yelled out 

Reyna looked at him with a blank face. 

Maybe I wasn’t supposed to let Dragnior know that I know? 

“I know that you and Zahn are the dragons that they are looking for.” Reyna replied 

Dragnior now was giving Reyna a blank face as he was trying to process what she just said. 

Is this the reason why mother kept Reyna in the dragon realm for so long? Did mother tell Reyna everything about the dragons and that’s what made her take forever to send Reyna back? 

Dragnior physically sighed in relief as his stiff shoulders loosen up and he was feeling better. 

“Did mother also tell you about yourself?” Dragnior asked 

Reyna shrugged her shoulders. 

“She didn't really say anything about me other than the fact that I reminded her of herself back in the day. She said there were things that I want to accomplish but I can't seem to figure out where to start with it." Reyna admitted 

Dragnior looked at Reyna as he watched her facial expressions change 15 times in one second. Those words seem to really take an effect on her... 

“Okay well besides that, we must figure out a plan.” Reyna said as she slowly started to move herself out of the bed

Dragnior saw her movements and quickly rushed to push her back into the bed. Dragnior’s arms pushed Reyna to lay right back down on her pillow as he smiled at her. 

“Rest for now. We will have much to discuss soon. All of these talks can wait until after you're well rested." 

Reyna blew out a breath of air in annoyance. 

“Drey, I know that I’ve been gone for a while but…”

“A WHILE?! YOU’VE BEEN GONE FOR 14 DAYS REYNA!” Drangior yelled as his gold eyes appeared fast “YOU’VE BEEN UNCONSCIOUS AND WE ALL THOUGHT THAT YOU DIED!”

Reyna widened her eyes in shock. She felt fully well rested and didn’t think that she was gone for such a long time, she was now seeing why Dragnior was so concerned and overly protective suddenly. 

“I-I’m sorry…” Reyna said looking down at the bed 

Dragnior's chest was moving up and down as his breathing was irrational due to his sudden anger that spiked within him. Closing his eyes to calm himself down, he knew that there should’ve been no reason as to why he was yelling or angry at her. He was the one that wanted her to meet his parents. 

“No Rein, I am sorry. I didn’t mean to yell at you, I was just so… so… scared.” Dragnior admitted 

With a smile lifting itself up onto Reyna’s face, Reyna moved her brown hands over to Dragnior’s face to touch him as she missed his touch. 

“I missed you too.” 

Dragnior stared into Reyna’s eyes with love as he couldn’t believe how beautiful she was now. She looked out of this world as her grey-gold eyes began to slowly stir s****l desires into Dragnior’s mind. 

“Rey…” 

“REYNA!” 

Dragnior and Reyna jumped at the sudden loud voice as they moved their attention to where the voice came from. 

There at the door of the bedroom, was a scared looking Eva as Eva had tears in her eyes. 

Tears that let Reyna know immediately that her lost presence impacted her mother deeply. Eva looked a mess as her hair was rowdy and moving in the wind that graced the hallway. Her eyes were bloodshot red as her sclera didn’t get any time to rest and constantly had to absorb the air hitting them, which made them redder. 

“Reyna!” Eva yelled out as she began moving her feet over to Reyna 

Reyna let go of Dragnior as she paid close attention to her mother. With Eva coming closer to the couple, Dragnior bowed his head slightly before avoiding the gaze of Eva. 

Ever since the day that Dragnior choked Eva due to believing that she was going to take Reyna away, Dragnior has not looked her in the eyes since. Eva started to tense up as Dragnior lifted himself from off of the bed. 

“I will be back later.” Dragnior said as he bent himself down to kiss the forehead of Reyna 

Making his way out of the door, Eva finally relaxed herself when she heard the bedroom door close behind Dragnior. Letting out a sigh of relief, Eva walked over to Reyna with a saddened smile. 

“My baby girl,” Eva said while lifting her hand up to touch Reyna “Oh god knows how much I missed you.” 

Reyna felt a emotion of relief wash over her body as she smiled at her mother wholeheartedly. 

“Mother.” Reyna said as she lifted herself up slowly with both of her arms raised 

Eva could see Reyna asking her for a hug, and she bent herself down to part take in the hug. As Reyna and Eva combined themselves together, there was a sudden bolt of electricity that ran throughout the brains of Eva and Reyna. 

As the electricity shook both of the woman’s brains simultaneously, Reyna could see a little image coming into her head as she hugged her beautiful mother. While embracing the strong women in front of her, Reyna could see a little vision…?

Within the grey-golden eyes stuck in the socket of flesh in front of her thickened skull, Reyna could see her mother… Eva; as Eva had a look of horror on her face. 

Eva’s rosewood eyes bounced back and forth as if she was frantic looking for something while she clutched at her heart that strings were barely keeping themselves attached. As Eva opened her mouth and closed it with mucus tears falling down her face in sadness, there in the sadden scene was Eva mumbling something. 

“Reyna knows… Reyna knows…” 

Confused, Reyna wanted to see what her mother meant by her mumbling of “Reyna knows…” but share was left short as the vision began to pull itself away from Reyna’s eyesight…

In the vision of Eva as Eva felt the electricity shock her internal core into a different dimension, there in the focal point of Eva, Eva could see something staring back at her… 

Widened her eyes in a horror panic, Eva was looking at something moving as there were hard scales on whatever was moving in vision of Eva. 

Eva was very used to receiving visions after touching Reyna, because of the powers that reside inside of Eva, Eva could see things within Reyna that Reyna couldn’t even see. But this was the first time that Eva was seeing something move with scales covering it. 

Looking closely at the vision, Eva could see that there were black scales moving themselves in rhythm to Eva’s heartbeat and the faster her heartbeat picked up, the more the scales would move. 

“What are you doing here…?” 

Feeling her heart drop and the movement of her heart stop, the scales stopped their movement too as Eva was scared. Whatever was moving just talked to her! 

Ready to let go of her embrace with Reyna so that she could stop the vision, Eva found herself not able to move a single inch of her body as she tried to pull away from Reyna. She was stuck inside of a vision… 

Seeing the scales start their movement once more, Eva felt herself crumbling under the fear of what creature those scales could belong to. What could be taking over Reyna?

As the scales began to move themselves back to the rhythm of Eva’s heartbeat, the creature that Eva was looking at was slowly turning its body around to see who decided to ruin its sleep. The creature was consumed in tiredness after the ritual and motion that Dragnior completed with them and was tired, tired but awake enough to sense that someone was inside of their vassal’s brain. 

As Eva watched the creature turn it’s body, the creature suddenly stopped before Eva could see the face of whatever was moving. 

“P-Please don't k-k-kill me.” Eva begged as she felt tears falling down her face 

The creature smirked at Eva’s pleads. If this wasn’t Reyna’s mother, she would’ve torn this woman a new one…

Deciding to do something better than flash Eva with the sight of its face, the creature opened its nostrils as balls of fire filled its nose within seconds as if the fire was meant to be placed there. 

In one quick motion, the creature blew out the fire from its nose as the fire ran towards Eva at a fast pace. 

Filling the vision with flames, Eva closed her eyes tightly and began yelling as her heart was beating out of her chest. 

“AHHH!!”

… 

“MOTHER!” 

Eva was yelling. Eva… was yelling…?

Reyna looked at her mother in fear as she didn’t know what the hell just happened to her mother. Shaking Eva’s body, Eva opened her eyes quickly and took a look at her surroundings before looking into the eyes of Reyna once more. 

Huffing and puffing not knowing what the hell she just experienced, Reyna let go of her mother and Eva gladly rushed away from her own daughter. 

“I-I-I will be b-back!” Eva yelled 

Picking up her feet, Eva ran away from Reyna was haste as she couldn’t stay there any longer. What the f**k was that inside of Reyna … and why did it try to kill her through a vision shared by the women of the Rose bloodline?!
