Danny looked at me. "You really think this is going to work?"
"I think it's our best shot. The rest of the day, she's surrounded. But during the shift change, there's confusion. People moving. Talking. Not paying attention. That's when we move."
"And if it doesn't work?"
"Then we find another way. But right now, this is what we've got."
I looked around the room. At all six guys.
"Tomorrow. Same assignments. But everyone watches the shift change at five. I want eyes on that house. I want to know exactly what happens. Who's there. How long it takes. Everything."
They all nodded.
"Any questions?"
No one spoke.
"Good. Get some rest. Tomorrow's going to be a long day."
They started standing up. Heading for the door.
