Familiar voices are heard as my vision clears, letting me see through the white light. A few people are talking in low voices before turning to look at me and I can finally catch the look on their faces, seeing that both of my parents and my best friends are here. As soon as I move, they turn to look at me.
"She's awake," Mama says before leaning in towards me, "My baby's awake."
I frown, "Ma?"
"I'm here, sweetheart. I'm here,"
Mama pulls me in for a hug as she cries, making me furrow my brows in confusion. It's pretty clear to me that I've been admitted into a hospital but the reason I'm here is quite a mystery. Have I gotten into a car accident? Was I seriously injured? Did I fall into a coma? Then again, I barely remember
