Bree's POV Lying happily on my bed, a smile remained on my face as I thought long about Lorenzo. At first, I tried to brush off those thoughts but I failed. Just like before, the more I tried to fight them off, the more they lingered in my mind so I let them stay. Recalling our encounter in the private room, I felt very flattered that he wanted to help me out. Not many people wanted that, even in the human world which I assumed would be better. His insistence on being of help despite my refusal made my stomach flutter. Yet, I meant every word that I said to him. I seriously didn't want any help from that man. Letting him help him would have only meant one thing… I'd be in his debt and I didn't want that. I knew his type pretty well. Well, enough to say for sure that they never did
