“Oh Wow!” I exclaimed, beholding the strange land in front of me.
Before it was a thin, magical veil that separated both worlds and I could only see it because of my powers.
I'd seen things like that before. Not veils or anything but magical things that no one else could see. They'd walk right past those things as if they didn't exist but I could see them thanks to my gift and this was no different.
The allure of the sight before me pulled me closer. I felt like it was calling out to me and I had to respond quickly but I was very sceptical. I wasn't always a fan of trying out new things and my recent experiences didn't make things any better.
