Chapter 23
Frank opened his laptop to check for messages and instantly received a notification from his WarWorld game from Griff. He started the game and opened the comms console window to find Griff was online.
He read the message on the screen.
“Ordered not to pass to you as not deemed reliable by Cronus. Eighty-three percent voice match. Good fit in my book. File attached. It’s from Havana; a Hotel Castro. This line is secure as houses for your info.”
Frank smiled at the screen. Good old Griff. This back channel via the game was proving to be invaluable. But why was Carl holding off with this information? That made little sense.
