40 Mel Davis turned his Ford F-150 pickup off SE Covington Sawyer Road onto 179th Ave SE just as his brother gutted out an off-key falsetto to match Carrie Underwood’s high note. She was belting out Cowboy Casanova on KMPS radio. Danny didn’t get that she was singing about assholes-to-all-women like him, or maybe he did but didn’t care.
