Gia's POV

-He’s not what I expected but we’ll have to work it out he seems like a nice guy and he absolutely knows lots of stuff but why is he so closed off like that not like he’s been watching me for years he probably knows everything about me now i need to know what exactly he knows if I’m going with him i need to be alert still he’s a stranger and my parents i have no clue when I’ll come home I’ll leave a note saying I’ll be at Hal's house for the night and I’ll go to school from there tomorrow but I’ll have to figure out something by tomorrow’s afternoon and come back home I’ll give Hal a call so she knows that I’m not home if they ask okay enough overthinking now i need my backpack a flash light not that we’re going camping but for safety reasons some pepper spray cuz you never know who you’ll meet actually I don’t even have a clue what should i take I don’t know where I’m going why did i trust a stranger and got him into my house-

Ian from down stairs: What’s taking you so long we need to keep going if your parents get here and saw me standing in the middle of the house like that I’ll have a problem

Ian: you’ve got it take all the time you need even if we don’t find this one we’ll try to locate another they seem they’ve gotten pretty common around here

Gia: i just did it it’s simple you have to make your intentions clear to make the portal visible to you it you just have to figure out how to communicate with it’s energy to make yours and the portal’s in harmony

Gia: I don’t know exactly but i just felt that i can communicate with the other world and it just happened then i lined your energy with mine so you can pass through as well

Gia: I’m still amazed at how i did it but any way come on we should hurry up I can’t keep our energy like this for a long time

Gia: where are we this is a strange feeling it’s like I’m walking on jelly it’s not steady at all and all those clouds and colors it’s magnificent

Ian: i travelled through some but this one is different the land missing the core really affected everything what we’re walking at is one of the bridges that connects the two words

Gia: i see some light i guess that’s our exit

Ian: it’s let’s hurry up being in those bridges for a long time isn’t ideal for me

Ian: I’m not it’s just not steady I’m looking after you what if you fall I can’t imagine how terrible that will be

Ian: you already called Hal don’t worry we’ll be at your house by tomorrow’s evening ill make sure you’re home safe by then besides time flows differently here one they won’t even know you’re gone if you disappeared here for a week

Gia: thats new information but great to know please do tell when you have such important ones that will spare me some overthinking

Ian: I’ll do okay don’t get mad on me now

Gia: i wont because we’ve got a more important thing to do where’s the knowledge ambassador you mentioned we need more info on what i saw and what i can actually do

Ian: he won’t be of any help on what you can do but he might guide us to where we can find answers on what you saw

Ian: actually there’s something else i need to tell you

Gia: i need to meet the whole council please not now

Ian: unfortunately we do need to they’ll be of great help they’re not all so bad and Kai will be there

Ian: the knowledge ambassador i talked to you about he’s one of them

Gia: you’re on a first name basis with him then

Ian: he’s older but not by much it’s his power he’s incredible at researching and he can handle all the info well he knows a lot about everyone and everything you’ll know more once you meet him

Gia: to where now

Ian: the throne room all the important meetings are held there

Gate guard talking to Ian looking at Gia: Sir is that really her

Gia to Ian: all of them know i was coming who else knows

Ian: the whole kingdom is waiting your arrival there’s just one thing left for me to say and I’ve been waiting so long to tell you

Ian said smiling warmly while talking her hands guiding her into the palace's main hall welcome home princess…get ready because there’s some hard people up there but don’t worry you’ll charm them

Gia: thank you Ian really thanks i hope i do and i hope I’m ready because this sounds hard it feels like lots of people are counting on me I can’t let them down
