Facing the crowd.

A few days had passed and I still didn't want to show my face at school but had no choice now that Dad was back home. I enjoyed having the house to myself the past few days honestly. It was time to go to school and face Josh he's such a jerk I can't believe he did that to me.

 I was on my way to school I decided to walk anything that would make me go to school a bit late. My friend Haley came up behind me scaring me since I was a bit out of it. 

" Where have you been girl you kind of just ghosted everyone," she said looking at me with curiosity

" It's a long story," I said looking down at the floor

"Well we still have a long way to go so I'm listening," she said smiling trying to see if she could cheer me up.

"Okay just please don't do anything after I tell you," I said looking at her with a sad face.

"Okay I'll try but can't promise anything now tell me what's wrong, she said while her eyes widen.

"Okay okay I'll tell you, it's about Josh he came over the house to check in on me. The day before we were making out and he put his hand in my pants and I got caught up and let it happen but I snapped back to reality and stopped it before we went further. When he was at the house I thought he came to apologize because I told him I wasn't ready to go there with him not yet anyways but instead of just apologizing he tried seducing me again. And it worked we made out on the couch and things got intense I couldn't keep going so I got up and left to the kitchen trying to relax. He came in after me asking if I was all right, I told him I was but I just wasn't ready for anything like that. He just kept on trying to seduce me getting closer making me look at him and putting me against the counter. Telling me that I wanted this to not deny it. He kissed me and I couldn't help but kiss him back we ended up going to the room and almost having s*x he got me naked Haley. Then when I stopped everything he said he was only trying to have s*x with me the whole time trying to prove his friends I'm fuckable I said well tears were running down my face."

She looked at me not knowing what to say I could feel the anger coming off of her she was pissed that he did that to me.

"It'll be okay Bella that fucker does not know what he just lost, she says while grabbing my hand and giving me a smile, I'm just glad she didn't go off about how much of an ass-whole he is when she gets to that point I know she wouldn't be able to hold back not saying something to him.

We arrived at school I was just glad I didn't have class with him until forth period. We walked into the school and I see Josh a couple lockers down from mine making out with the captain of the cheerleaders team. They deserve each other honestly they're both cold-hearted, it did hurt a but seeing them together. I just tried my best to keep my head down and my hood on covering my face. I went to my locker to put some things away and I hear Josh making his way towards me.

"Hey baby girl, how is that v-card holding up," he says making his group of friends laugh.

"Leave me alone Josh," I said while trying to walk away.

"Where you going baby girl I'm not done with you yet," he says will pushing me against the locker making his friends go silent. I squirm trying to get myself free. He gets closer as if he's going to kiss me. I close my eyes hoping he'lll go away. I hear a loud bang not long afterward when I open my eyes it's the quiet kid in my class and he's holding Josh by the shirt lifting him up against the locker.

"She told you to leave her alone," he says while gripping on his shirt. Josh didn't know what to do he just put his hands up and said okay. Once he put Josh down he looks at me giving me a smile.

"This isn't over sweet cheeks," he says winking at me while having a creepy smirk on his face.

I'm still standing there in shock not knowing why this kid I don't even know was protecting me. Why me out of all the people in the school? I'm nothing special I'm a nobody.

"Hi I'm Avery, do you mind if I walk you to class?" I nodded not wanting say anything, I was still in a bit of shock from what just happened. He walked me to class and he just smiled saying 

"See you next period,"as he starts walking away.

 In my next class he asked me to sit with him and we talked for a bit didn't want to ask him just yet as to why he did what he did so I just left it be. After class ended he asked for my number I got along with him so I didn't see no harm in giving it to him. I was curious as to why he wanted to keep talking to me. I'll figure that out soon enough just not now.
