"KAHUNA- THE PARALLEL PLANET"

It has been months since Sam was last awake. He has been lying near the river bank in an unconscious condition for some time now.

He suddenly woke up from a bad dream, looked for his bottle of wine but couldn't find one. His mouth was horribly dry and was hungry too.

“Reve bring me something to eat.” Sam doesn't remember what had happened.

He feels like, he is on cloud 9 and everything from wormhole to generator getting closed and he stuck on a different planet is just a bad dream, but after many failed attempts at breaking this bad dream and wake up, Sam realizes that this is no more a dream and he is stuck on this planet alone forever.

In the streets of Florida

“Why are we standing in the middle of the street, Eva” Rohini spoke after a long silence.

“We are waiting for the gate to open,” Eva replied.

“What gate, there is no gate here, tell me something, did you had cocaine for lunch today?”

And just when Rohini was saying, a sudden change in the surrounding happened. The air is suddenly rent by the sound of breaking glass, Rohini started to see her reflection in front of her and it got clearer, she felt as she was seeing her alter ego in front of her, but it was her image in the glass gate which was not there a minute ago. Strangers nearby started to disappear into thin air as they walk towards the glass. The gate finally broke apart in two, giving the way to Rohini and Eva and the way which only they could see.

“Welcome to the mirror world,” said Eva

Rohini was very confused and could not swallow anything about what just happened.

“It is our headquarter Rohini, people just like us have been saving the earth from here for centuries now,” Eva explained

The mirror world was built by the Ashwood couple some eight millennia ago. Agrur and Ahaen used their sorcerer ability to make this wonderful and giant place. The place contains magic in every part of it. The magic is also protecting the walls of the headquarter from outside, and because of which no one, even the evil powers cannot see the gates in the middle of the street and walk right through it. Rohini was amused and speechless at the same time. They entered a huge chamber, the walls – half-naked rock, half polished steel, lined with computer equipment, machines, weapons that blinked and flickered with a life of their own. It was staffed by hundreds of people, some in coats, and others in old-fashioned cloaks. Everyone there was busy in saving the world, living the Superman way, pretending to be someone for the world, but working as a totally opposite person

“So it is the very same place, where my grandpa use to work from, I have read about this in his books, but didn't know it is such an awesome place.” Said Rohini

“Yes, he used to work her before going to Pune. I have heard stories about how he and my father used to kick bad monsters asses.”

“I guess we need to do the same, kick some badasses together.” Rohini smiled.

Everyone there was happy to see Eva back, but at the same time where sad too about losing their leader and just then a girl called Amber was approaching them, her eyes were shining like orbs in the night, her hair was deep hues of fierce crimson against her pale face, against her black woolen jacket the girl’s blonde hair was almost white. It fell to a straight line midway down her back, absolutely flat and shining in the spring light. No wonder they were calling her a star.

“Good to see you back Eva, and sorry for your loss,” Amber said in a soft tone.

“He died the way he always wished, in the battlefield as a warrior, now it is our job to continue his legacy,” Eva said

“We are looking forward to work under you Eva, and you must be Rohini, the dragon warrior,” Amber asked

“Yes, I am,” Rohini said cheerfully as she was feeling proud of herself.

“I heard how you won the fight against Master Aurora. I would love to see the dragon unleash someday dear.” Said Amber

“You will, and very soon too because we got something bad coming and we need to get as much help as we get to defeat that.” Eva cut the conversation in between. “Amber go and call the emergency meeting.”

Somewhere in the forest of parallel planet

“Keep running Sam, it is your only chance of surviving, otherwise that creature will tear you apart, come on jump in the waterfall.” Sam trying to escape

“haha, come now, you wanna eat me, jump then.” Sam teasing him.

Sam has spent almost 6 months on the planet trying to survive, and skills that he had learned by watching man vs. wild are coming handy now.

“Day 200, temperature today has gone a bit down, it had been a week since I ate something.” Sam to his voice recorder

To the culture of Earth, Kahuna the lost planet is mysterious, primal and terrifying. Even from orbit, the scope of florae present on the surface indicates a moon brimming with life. One of the creatures on Kahuna is the Nian, who had a body of a bull and head of a lion, it is a ferocious animal that lived in the mountains and hunted for a living. There were many more mysterious creatures like Nian present on the planet such as the legendary Karaken (the sea monster) and Grendel (the beast of Hrothgar). Just like fauna, flora also contains a lot of mystery in its existence, other than the richness of varying colours, the trees resemble those of Earth. They have the familiar trunks, branches, and leaves, though due to the difference in gravity, many of the shapes appear strange to humans and the proportions are greater because of the lower gravity, but how are they surviving is the mystery as there is no sunlight on the planet. It always stays dark and blue, due to which most of the creatures have the same colour.

“Day 265, today I saw a very unusual thing, maybe it was a wormhole, I need to reach the top of that mountain to know more, I hope it is time to go back home.” Sam to his voice recorder

After reaching the top of the mountain, he saw a breathtaking scenery of the wildlife. His mind was at rest, heart in peace and was feeling a different and new kind of energy of the beautiful planet Kahuna in him. Just then he saw another wormhole gets opened and quickly closed, but it was not the first wormhole and definitely not the last one, different wormhole were getting open and closed one after another. Sam was unable to understand what was going on, but then he noticed the strange magnetic field on the mountain which was attracting the strong energy called entanglement to the planet. The whole planet, flora, fauna, even he was surviving due to that energy. Entanglement energy can travel faster than light and is the reason for wormhole getting activated as it produces the negative energy.

“Day 300, the whole planet, even the flowers are working as a magnet and have the capability of storing the energy. I can use this to return home. I will be there soon Helen, missing you badly.” Sam to his voice recorder

Sam started to study the beings and the magnetic ability of the planet. He found out that there is a certain type of flower species that produce the electromagnetic field once they come in a touch with the entanglement energy. So he made a natural reactor using these flowers and other natural resources. That reactor has the ability to attract the energy, store for a second or so and throws in the direction he wanted.

He tried the concept but failed a few times in starting, but then he could control the flow and energy.

“Day 364, tomorrow is going to be a big day. A large beam of entanglement energy will hit the mountain again. I will use that to open the earth wormhole. I hope it works out right.” Sam to his voice recorder

After a long study and research in geography, physics, chemistry and every other thing of the planet, Sam is ready to test one of the biggest experiment of his life. The energy could fall on the mountain anytime soon.

“Energy must have fallen till now” Sam grunted

And just when Sam was starting to lose his hopes, the entanglement energy falls on the mountain and created a big electromagnetic field once it hit the reactor. Sam quickly ran towards the reactor picks it up and threw in the direction of the wormhole. It worked just fine and all according to the plan. The way to earth is open. Sam run quickly and tried to jump inside the wormhole before it closes and he might get trapped there again all lonely.
