Angry cries echoed through the hall of the castle, stirring me from what little sleep i could salvage. I had been awake every couple of hours, waking at every scratch or bump that sounded in the middle of the night. I’m on high alert, and the search continued on for who killed Drax. Of course, I had my hunch, and it was all to easy to see that the community within my walls came to the same conclusion. I rolled out of bed and grabbed a robe, covering what little I was wearing. I threw open the door and shuffled my feet down the hallway. “What the hell is everyone doing here?” I demanded, stopping at the mob gathered outside of Ava’s room. “She killed Drax!” The leader of the mob exclaimed. “Did she? And you have proof - a confession - or even a witness to attest to this accusation?”
