Juliet suggested the I try walking around the room to stretch my legs.
I kind of like moved slowly at first, just like a baby calf still learning how to work. Then gradually, I began moving slightly faster walking towards the window and back to the bed.
"Wonderful", Juliet said happily.
"Take your time. Shifting doesn't have to happen today. Focus on your human form for now", she said sitting on the bed and watching me closely.
"You can come back later this week. So that we can take off the bandage on your wrist and do another reflex on you. After which, you will do a shift why we monitor you", she continued.
"Let's regain our strength up to a hundred percent, then we can run circles around all this wolves", Alaric growled happily inside of me, making me giggle a bit.
