MADELINE'S POV -- "I'll race you," I beam, feeling electrified this morning. I woke up and didn't even scold Atlas, but simply ignored him as I took in the morning sun that was greeting me along with the chirping of a singsong birds. Atlas stares at me like I'm insane, his eyebrows furrowed with confusion, "What has gotten into you today?" he asks, but I merely shrug and keep my feelings to myself.
