The pain was unbearable.
The second Alpha Mason (Our father) started explaining what we truly were, agony exploded through my body. Barry, Gemma, and I all dropped to our knees screaming as power ripped through us like wildfire.
Gemma’s cries filled the office while Jayden, Logan, and Asher rushed straight to her side.
“What’s happening?” Barry shouted, gripping his head. “Make it stop!”
“It feels like I’m dying!” I roared.
Gemma curled into herself, sobbing as silver light flickered across her skin.
