I can't believe my brother is back. I wish Asher was back, but sadly he won't ever be returning to me.
Today is the day we were able to free Gemma, although she hasn't woken up and she's been in the hospital for hours, and they can't get her to wake up either.
The pack doctor walked into the room. I was sitting on the bed with Gemma, making sure not to sit on a tube or anything that would hurt her.
"Alpha Jayden, I'm so sorry, but Gemma might not make it with the loss of her mate. Her wolf and dragon are not present, which means Gemma might not be able to wake. She's got a lot of cuts and bruises, and they are infected. I've started Gemma on a strong antibiotic to see if it helps.
