Kat and Flo helped me with my makeup and hair. This time, my hair was styled in a simple chignon, but I felt it was missing something.
"Should I add a pin?" I asked them both.
"Well... there is a beautiful pin that would look lovely on you, my queen," Kat quickly opened the accessory box. It was a flower pin that would go perfectly with your outfit.
I shook my head. "I want to wear the white pin—the mysterious gift."
They both gasped, obviously startled and even took a step back. I took the cloth-wrapped pin from the drawer and placed it on the vanity.
