A meditation room on the fourteenth floor was the first floor for graduate soldiers. Most graduates lived off campus, but several who wanted to save money or had a bad tendency to blow every paycheck lived in IAS. Right now, though, all the soldiers, both on campus and off, were packed into the armory located on the second basement level.
