As soon as Brooke and Danica leave, my eyes open. I wasn’t tired; I was pissed at what I have been hearing over the last twenty-four hours. Both Asher and I were mad, everyone was blaming Brooke for what happened to us and I know no one has spoken to her as her face gave it all away just now when she was in the room.
Her tear-stained face gave it all away but when she looked at me when I opened my eyes, her relief hit me.
