At four fifty-eight, she decided that was close enough and started shutting down her computer. She kept her head down as she gathered her things, hyperaware of the glass wall of Reid's office across the floor, aware of exactly where he was all afternoon. She knew he was on the phone and hoped the call was important enough that he wouldn't be leaving anytime soon. Dom had emerged from a meeting around three, looked at her once, said nothing, which was either very kind or deeply worrying. She hadn't decided which. He hadn't left his office since.
