Io stepped out of the car as soon as Juliet got the engine turned off. Io tugged on Rylai's hand for her to get out of the car too. Rylai followed Io's request without saying anything or doing anything and just stood beside Io, looking somewhere far again.
"Thank you so much for taking us home Doctor Juliet and also for letting me take care of Rylai instead."
Io said and vowed to show Juliet how grateful she is and how much she respects the older woman.
Juliet gave Io a few light taps on her shoulders motioning for Io to cut with the vow already.
"Don't sweat about it Io. It's my job and my pleasure to help people. And after knowing that this girl was your lover, I feel really great that I took care of her."
Io blushed madly at that statement. She looked away and squeezed Rylai’s fing
