It took me almost 3 months to fully recover, doing nothing and just lying down on the bed all day and all night long. I’m only going to leave the bed when I’ll clean myself or take a walk with Savy or Rylai supporting me. The rest, I’m flatly lying on the bed. And it's pretty boring. I'm actually close to counting all my hairs just to kill the boredom, I'm glad I never did.
I never felt be this useless and burdened to other people but I know that if just force myself to do something, it will only worsen the situation. So even if I want it or not, I just let myself be this useless just for this time.
