ANOTHER WOMAN
Davis had been out of the house for almost five hours. My actions toward him really pissed him off. First, he refused to eat the meal that I made for everybody, and then he picked up his car key from the table and left angrily, storming out of the house.
I paid no heed to his actions. What else was he expecting when he decided that stay with someone he didn’t know?
I didn’t know what his plan was, but I knew that he was only interested in the business proposal he handed over to the Lycan. Maybe he wanted me, but his actions didn’t seem entirely genuine.
