Gigiana woke up in a start. She was shivering all over and she was more aware of her surroundings. Peter had chained her with silver and cast a binding spell on it. She watched him move about the room, getting ready for the day. She watched him out of the corner of her eye, pretending to be asleep. As his head disappeared below the latch, she opened her eyes and summoned Zha'thik.
"This is why vampires can never be trusted, child."
"But I still have their blood flowing in my veins. How do I get out of here? What do I do?"
