Chapter Thirteen The following day Tasha was up extra early. The night before, she’d packed a duffel bag with everything she thought might be needed. She had no idea what she would be walking into and wanted to be ready for anything. Even though it was a weekend, Danny got up early to see her off. She wore jeans, a tee-shirt, and hiking boots with a thin sweatshirt. “You didn’t have to get up,” she said. “I know. But I love you and wanted to tell you.” “Thanks, I appreciate that.
