Chapter Seventy-Seven
Tasha noted the name, which meant nothing to her, and studied the man’s photo. So far, this sounded okay. Arnold seemed like someone who should be erased from society.
“Now, Banks is the primary target. We suspect that the daughter will be with him, and if you get her too, that’s a good thing,” the leader explained.
“Do I get paid extra for her?” Tasha asked with a smile.
Not understanding that it was a joke, he answered, “I'm not sure how your contract is spelled out.”
Not bothering to explain her humor, Tasha asked, “What about a spouse? Are they a target?”
“Mr. Banks’ wife died several years ago. We don’t have a record of there being any new relationship. Therefore, limit the targets to Banks and the adult daughter.”
