The silence after Tiffany's question was deafening.
Even though the doctor has said it's temporary, so far there's been no progress.
And I still needed a way to deal with Sarah. I sighed softly at all the thoughts that swirled in my head.
I knew I needed to find a way to deal with things before her family would start hunting for her.
It was good enough that they all believed she was on a vacation. I just hoped I would stall time with that lie for a little longer.
