Thanatos I need to do something and I need you to become the pack alpha. “what why? whats going on?" I think the king is after me he keeps tracking me even before taking out my exs pack.

“And?” he raising his eyebrow, well I may or may not have attacked him without knowing it was one of the kings. I grimaced “Oh s**t tell me you kicked his ass.” I did but also its leading him into investigating me so I need you to take over as alpha while I clean this mess up.

“Alright not sure everyone going to agree with it, but you're coming back right?"

Yes once I have everything cleared and him away from the pack I don't know what he'll do if he finds out. The invisible force field and foggy edy forest wouldn't hold up long if he decides to attack or even finds out that there is actually something beyond this.

“I agree but why me? why not jasmine? she's a good leader. Jasmine may be a good leader but she prefers to stay to herself and not have anyone in her business plus she hates taking authority over anyone besides dominating her mate.

“Aye isn't that the truth. Back in my home town in Scotland the woods was peaceful but s**t happens. Anyway ignore that I have you're back but you better come back alive."

I will I already announced it to everyone the blood moon coming up tonight so we can do a temporary ritual of transferring the pack to you.

He grabs me gently in a hug tucks my hair behind my ear looks like he wants to say something but nothing comes out.

“Just promise me you'll come back little fox”

I promise Thanatos and you know my disguise would be as a boy. He smiled but didn't reach his eyes, he sighs and mumbles something like a chant which makes me wonder. He looks away takes a deep breath and looks back at me with cold determined eyes.

I look up at him tilting my head questioning what happened to make him upset.

“This isn't going to be easy little fox I don't like this nor do I like the thought of you alone and in danger. Call if you need me you know the chant."

He kisses the top of my forehead and leaves I follow suit knowing its pitch black outside and the moon a Scarlet red. like my right eye while my left is a violet both changes color with my mood.

From here on out I'll be Sephtis Namir, smiling knowing the pack is in good hands and an adventure awaits me.

I'm looking into who my real parents are but I'll never tell anyone that I knew the whole time. Their secents didnt match up so whos pack did they steal me from? where did I come from? was I given away or found in the woods? so many questions but no One to answer them.

The Ritual

I alpha Esmeray grant Thanatos to be Alpha of this pack till I am back. “I Thanatos prince of silver and scarlet lands accept the temporary title of alpha."

Prince? I raised my eyebrow he looks at me guilty. I shrugged my shoulders I can see why he kept it a secret for so long the silver and Scarlet lands have been destroyed in a war when I was only one but if he's the prince he's a fae, vampire, werewolf and he's older than my timeline.

He gives me a small smile and hugs me tight. “Thank you for understanding why I never said anything”

So you're the supposed old alpha who helped me get out of the filthy pack raising my eyes to meet his.

“Yes that was me and i'll gladly do it again, I'm not older than you're timeline as you may think. Remember faes age different than humans and there for only certain age for us lets say you're four hundred in human years you're only 20 in fae years.”

Hmmm than I wonder what my age will be where I'm a mixed blood. Thinking to myself who am I really and what am I only Thanatos knows I can also transform into a fox and blood makes me stronger. Who the hell is my parents and what is my bloodline.

Thanatos tilting his head “little fox we all have are secrets one day when you're ready to tell me I'm right here. I'll always wonder what you're thinking about."

He smiles this time reaching his eyes we walk back together to my house I begin to bite my lip wondering if I should tell him or not. Would it be safe to tell him or put his life in danger?

Shaking my head I decide against it till I know more. But by the looks of it he already knows and how old is he actually? but no time to ask him questions tomorrow night I leave the pack and start my journey.
