The girls surrounded me and went through the motions of beating me up before returning to their seats. I was getting up to go and relieve myself when Yuki grabbed my arm and excitedly pointed at the ocean. “Boat! Flynn, look! There’s a boat!”
I immediately looked in the direction her finger was pointing at. There was a large vessel heading our way. It appeared to be reaching the shore in a minute.
“That’s great! I see a boat!”
Hot with emotions, Lily could dance in joy.
Bella had no words to describe her feelings. With her eyes welling up, tears began to stream down her cheeks. There was a tear in Millie’s eyes too.
“Ladies, let’s get to the beach. We have to alert the ship!”
