Jason’s Point of View
I started the car and drove off. “So where are we going?” She asked me as I shook my head.
“It’s a surprise” I said to her as we drove to the restaurant. I finally pulled over at a restaurant and I swallowed hard as I turned to look at her.
“What’s wrong?” She asked me as I swallowed hard.
“Well, the thing is…” I wanted to say but stopped midway as she looked very eager to hear what I wanted to say. She had a smile on her face and I didn’t want to tell her that I had someone in my life.
“You know what? I know a place we can go” I said, sitting back in my chair. She chuckled softly as she stared at me.
“Are you sure you are not k********g me? I feel we should keep on moving further away from my side of town”, she said to me as I laughed.
