Kade was going insane waiting for an answer from his mate. Every hour that passed without a message from Ravyn felt like torture. He’d never been this restless before, not even during full moons and family dinners. His parents always made him regret showing up with their hostile behavior towards one another. This was worse though. Because this was her. He sat slouched on his couch, phone in hand, refreshing his messages for the thousandth time even though he knew there was nothing new.
