"Jade," I called out for the umpteenth time but he still would not reply. He kept on walking away from me and everyone else.
It had been an entire day since the vampires left and everyone was already packing up. The search crew for Lily had gone past pack territory to spread out missing posters. We were waiting for nightfall before we had another funeral for the ones we lost. But everyone was busy with something at the moment. The vampire had disorganised a lot of arrangements around and the pack house was a mess.
No one was too phased about the attack, they were sad about the people that died, but I had not seen anyone shed a single tear about it. We only lost five of them, two men and three women.
