“Oh no,” I gasped.
The name Casto brought shivers down my spine immediately.
If Talia’s mom finds out about me and spills it to Casto’s wife, everything I’ve tried to protect will crumble. Casto, my nemesis, will have ammunition to destroy me. I can’t afford that. Talia says she’ll beg her dad, but can I really trust that? The stakes are too high. I need to find a way to prevent this revelation, or my carefully constructed world will unravel before my eyes.
