Oh no. Remus' face was getting redder as each second dripped by. And trust me, the seconds were slow as Jasper and I pulled away. His hands were balled up into fists and he looked more angry now than I had ever seen him.

"Jazz. Get away from my sister" Remus snarled at Jasper. Nervousness crept up on me, an emotion that seemed to show its face more often now than ever before.

"Remus, calm down mate" Jasper said nervously, backing up as Remus came forward. I stepped up to Remus, blocking his view of Jasper for a moment. His eyes turned to me and he looked just as mad. For a second, I thought he was going to start yelling at me, I thought he was mad about what happened between Jasper and I.

"Rem, calm down" I tried, my voice shaking as I spoke, but I was pushed out of the way. I stumbled to the side, my boots getting caught on a loose stone and I fell to the ground. I winced slightly as I sat there for a minute, absorbing the pain.

"I'm going to die aren't I?" Jasper asked rhetorically.

"Seems like it.” I responded. He looked at me for a moment, obviously wondering why I was on the floor, before his attention turned to Remus again.

My eyes widened as Remus launched himself at Jasper. Knocking them both to the ground.

Remus was swinging at Jasper, though Remus didn't really know how to fight, due to him never really needing to know how to in the first place. Jasper, on the other hand, was stumbling back, surprised by Remus' sudden movements. I got up off the ground, brushing away the pain in my ankles as I ran towards them, grabbing Remus' arms and holding them back.

"Remus! This is enough!" I told him, struggling to pull Remus off of Jasper after they fell to the ground. But nothing seemed to work and he just kept punching. Jasper seemed to get bloodier and bloodier as the movements continued, scratches appearing all over his face.

Finally, Jasper retaliated, which was probably the worst idea he'd had today.

Jasper threw a punch at Remus, hitting his in the jaw, I let out a little shriek, God I Sounded like a girl, it was extremely pathetic. Remus spat out a tiny amount of blood and looked back at Jasper, who looked fearful, even more so than he did before.

"Not only are you dead for kissing my sister, you dead for that too"

This started a whole new round of punches and kicks.

After me yelling at them for another minute or so, Lily and Elliott came out into the courtyard, obviously looking for us, not understand what was going on.

"What happened?" Lily asked.

"Long story or short story?"

"Judging by how much time Jazz has, Short story" Elliott said, looking over at Jasper, who had succeeded in pushing Remus away for a moment.

"Long story short, Remus is trying to kick Jaspers ass because we kissed. Remus walked out in the middle of it, and reacted badly.”

If it wasn't for the situation, I think Lily would have been ecstatic for me just then. But she didn't so thank god.

"Remmy! You're overreacting!" Elliott tried to pry Remus off of Jasper, with my feeble bits of help.

"I am NOT! No one's allowed to kiss my sister!"

"Better Jazz than some weirdo!"

"Not helping Elliott!" Jasper stated.

"Remus! It's not nice to beat up your best friend!" Lily scolded.

Soon Elliott was pulled into the fist fight too. So the three boys in the fight, throwing punches and kicks at each other, while Lily and I were trying to think of something to do.

Our yelling wasn't working on them, the sound would only get caught in the noises coming from the hall and get carried away.

I looked over at Lily, who glanced back at me. “We have to do something.” She told me.

“Obviously, but what?” I asked her.

She pursed her lips for a moment before opening her mouth and screaming at the top of her lungs.

Remus, Jasper and Elliott were jerked out of their childish fight and looked at us with wide surprised eyes.

I rubbed my sore ears “A little warning next time please.” I said to Lily, who shrugged. I turned back to the boys “Are you listening now?”

They nodded. Elliott got up and went to stand by Lily, who immediately turned and assessed the damage to his face.

"Alright!" I started. "Remus! You are not allowed to pound on Jasper. I am sixteen years old now and I can look after myself. You know that." Remus looked like he wanted to protest, but he kept his mouth shut.

"Jasper! You are not allowed to retaliate against Remus. Because! I will beat the both of you”

"And If you don't get along, I will lock you both in a broom closet for forty eight hours. Are we clear?"

They nodded.

"Good"

"But! There are going to be some ground rules" Remus said before we could all walk away.

Jasper and I groaned. I walked over to Jasper and began to look at his face, making sure there was no real damage before going over to Remus and doing to same thing.

"But rules are for people that don't want to have fun!" Jasper protested.

"Rule number 1! No kissing in front of me. Number 2! No making the other person cry! And number 3! If my baby sister gets hurt, Jasper wakes up super glued to the astronomy tower by his tongue"

Jasper flinched at the thought. "Deal" We said.

Remus nodded then walked back inside.

When Remus was gone, Lily looked at me, Then at Jasper, then at me. Then her face looked like it was going to split in two.

“It's about time!” Lily beamed, running over to me, grabbing my hands and jumping around with me.

"Thanks Lils" I smiled.

"Good job mate! You finally did it" Elliott clapped Jasper on the back.

"Now we're just waiting on you two" I said innocently.

"Yeah, better get on it." Jasper added

"JAZZ!”

“SHIYLOH!”

"Run!" I told Jasper.

He grabbed my hand dragged me into the castle, both of us sprinting away from Lily and Elliott, who had begun to chase us.

The corridors were empty due to the fact that everyone was still at the party, it was only ten at night. Jasper and I stopped running about halfway and we waited for Elliott and Lily to catch up to us. Together, we walked back to the common room, meeting Remus there.

"Okay, I'm going to get changed, be back in a minute" I told the guys. I kissed Jasper' cheek and then ran upstairs.

I knew that Lily had seen it cause when she got into the dorm she started Smiling and teasing me again.

"Lils, Just stop please. I've just had to break up a fight between Jasper and Remus I don't want this too" I said to her.

"Sorry, But you guys are too cute"

I rolled my eyes and smiled as I walked into the bathroom to get changed and wash the little bit of make-up I had on, off.

Lily and I walked back to the common room and saw Elliott, Jasper and Remus. Remus and Jasper seemed to be apologizing to each other.

"Come on guys! Hug it out!" Elliott said, pulling Remus and Jasper into bear hugs. He messed up their hair too, his little bit of revenge for dragging him into the fight.

Lily and I gigged and walked up to them.

"Ello Milady" Jasper grinned as we approached.

We all sat down on the couch and relaxed. I sat next to Lily, but then something grabbed my waist and pulled me over to them. I yelped at the movement and turned to see Jasper smirking at me.

"How nice of you to drop by" He said to me.

"Hahaha, very funny Jazz" I said sarcastically. But I didn't get up. I just rested my head against his shoulder and felt him press a kiss to the top of my head. I closed my eyes and relaxed.

I then heard sobbing. "They grow up so fast!"
