Iv been talking to Coal and Nate for a while and then Trinity and Kayleigh come to join us. I ask where Ave is...

''Im not sure, she said she needed the ladies room but that was a while ago and she has not returned since. So we decided to come find you guys and see if she was with you...but i have a feeling that she is with Sebastian...'' Trinity says concerned.

"Ill go find her...thanks Trinity'' ... i head towards the passage and sniff to find her scent.

I follow it to a room and as i get closer the door opens...

Sebastian walks out...He has a look of pain across his face and that tells me everything i need to know.

I approach him...angry...but carefully knowing he is an Alpha and we are in his territory.

''Have you rejected her? ... '' I ask with a straight face.

Holding back my wolf that is pacing and angry at this man for hurting a beautiful girl.

''I did what i had to do...for her...'' He retorts ... his words laced with pain and sorrow.

He holds the bridge of his nose and paces the small gap infront of me.

''She wanted to give you a chance...even if you had a chosen mate'' I confess to him feeling my anger but also feeling bad for him because he does look like he regrets it.

''I would only put her in danger and cause her much pain. I couldn't do that to her. She deserves better...she is fragile...and beautiful...'' He says looking at me with sincerity

''I agree and im happy that you did this for her...'' i Say as i place a reassuring hand on his shoulder.

''Take care of her...she deserves all the happiness in the world'' ... he says with a small smile and walks away.

I walk in to the bedroom and notice the bathroom door closed.

I knock on the door but get no reply....

I call out her name...no reply....

She is heartbroken...she needs us Luke....

My wolf says to me with worry as he whimpers.

I try opening the door but it is locked.

I extend my claws and fiddle with the lock...managing to get the door open.

I push the door open slowly to see Ave lying on the floor...I lean down to pick her up and carry her over to the bed.

She looks like an angel...sleeping...but the tear stains show the sadness her heart had to endure.

I know the pain must've been too much for her to bare and so she lost consciousness.

I sit in the chair next to her as i watch her...waiting for her to wake up.

I mind link Coal and Nate that i am with Ave...that she is sleeping...i tell them what happened and that i will take her home once she is awake so that they can let her friends know she is safe and in good hands as to not worry anymore.

Before they leave they come to find us.

Trinity and Kayleigh give her a hug and kiss her forehead.

''Thank you Luke...for being there for her tonight. Things didnt go according to plan but im happy she has you by her side at the end of it all...she really likes you...dare i say the better man won?'' Trinity says with a wink and smile before leaving.

I sit with her...ready to save her when she wakes up...just like a knight in shinning amour only in my case im a Knight with Sharp teeth and fur...
