Carlos and Annaya rushed to switch on the tv and turned on to the news channel.
"Nine students from the fire incident have been found dead in an unfinished building. They all have burnt faces and examination shows that they all died from exhaustion. Maybe they walked too long in injured situations and that's how they died. Question is, where were they heading to? For what? Why?" The reporter said and the cameras shifted to the dead bodies of the students.
"Oh my God!" Annaya exclaimed, shocked by what she saw.
"To mean that Maria wasn't lying about witnessing the whole incident. They were really after her life" said Carlos
"Meaning that if they found Maria, she would be ... dead with them. How can people be so cruel? Are they even humans?" Asked Annaya almost in tears.
