James was seated in the living room in front of the giant television, seeing an interesting movie with all of his attention buried into the movie.
He suddenly felt the presence of someone around him and when he turned back to check who the person was, he saw his dad standing behind him.
"Dad, it's you. You almost startled me!" James said as he sighed in relief.
"How can the next Alpha of our dear pack be started by my innocent presence? You need to start living up to the expectations placed on you!" James's dad, Mr. Martin said, as he walked to the couch to have his seat.
"I won't be defined or moved by anybody's expectations... I have my things to do and I will make everyone in our pack understand that when the time comes!" James uttered, as a hint of anger was recognized in his voice
