My face was still bowed to the ground, as I refused to say a word to James.
He walked closer to me, to urge me to speak, and before he could touch me; I lifted my head and the look he met was not what he was expecting.
"I have told you that we can only be friends, but it seems you are not okay with that... I think it's better for the both of us to keep our distance away from each other. Please don't come close to me again!" I spoke to him angrily and walked out on him.
James was left in shock all when I was uttering those words, as he could not process what was going on then.
